Biography
C. A. Daniell associated himself with Frank A. Abbott's Presto publications in 1894, holding the responsible position of editor-in-chief of the various Presto publications. In 1910 he assumed management of the 'Piano Magazine,' an illustrated monthly published in New York City that treated the historical, musical, and technical aspects of the piano and allied musical industries in an entertaining manner, distinct from ordinary trade journals.
