Biography

Cyrus F. Jones, the youngest son of Frederick George Jones, graduated from school at age seventeen and immediately went to work in the player piano department of the Schiller Piano Company. Possessing inventive talent, he developed several useful, patented improvements in player piano mechanism, including a notably successful automatic tracker device for electric player pianos.
