Biography
E. N. Kimball served as president of the Hallet & Davis Piano Company following its incorporation after the 1879 death of George H. Davis, helping the firm recover its old-time prestige and rank among the most progressive companies of its day. From Spillane (1890): E. N. Kimball is named, together with G. Cook and W. D. Cook, as a principal stockholder of Hallet & Davis at the time of writing, when the firm existed as an incorporated company with E. Davis serving as factory superintendent.
