Biography
Frank A. Abbott founded 'The Presto' at Chicago in 1883; its 'Presto Year Book' became a valuable historical compendium of trade events. In 1894 Abbott associated himself with C. A. Daniell, who took the position of editor-in-chief of the various Presto publications.
