Biography
H.O. Kearsing was one of three members of the Kearsing piano-making family, along with G.F. and W.F. Kearsing, who jointly held a United States patent dated June 13, 1831, for an improvement in square piano actions. Spillane notes the invention proved to be of little practical value and did not survive in use.
