Biography
Lyon, the co-founder for whom Lyon & Healy is partly named alongside P. J. Healy, retired from the firm in 1890. His retirement was followed by the adoption of the corporate form, with Healy as president, Charles N. Post as vice-president, and Robert B. Gregory as treasurer.
