Biography
Oskar Schröder, son of Carl Nicolai Schröder, took over management of the family's St. Petersburg piano-making establishment jointly with his brother John Schröder following their father's death, continuing the multi-generational business first founded by their great-grandfather, Johann Friedrich Schröder, decades earlier.
