Biography
Otto R. Wissner, the younger son of Otto Wissner, was born in New York in 1885. He went to work at the bench at the age of seventeen and assumed management of the factories in 1910. When the business was incorporated with a capital of $1,000,000, he was made vice-president, alongside his father as president and his brother William O. Wissner as treasurer.
