Biography
R. A. Johnston started the Louisville branch of D. H. Baldwin & Company in 1878 and was made a partner in the firm in 1880. He died in 1882, after which George W. Armstrong, Jr., Clarence Wulsin, and A. A. Van Buren, all longtime employees, became partners in his stead.
