Biography
T. Leeds Waters, son of Horace Waters, served as vice-president when Horace Waters and Company was incorporated in 1886. His death in 1908 led Samuel T. White, who had long managed the concern, to take full charge of the company. From Spillane (1890): T. Leeds Waters, son of Horace Waters, was at the time of writing associated with the firm of Horace Waters & Company as a progressive and able member of the house, and had contributed much to the business success of the firm.
