Born into a family of musicians, Ben Briggs developed a love for the piano from a young age, competing in piano competitions starting at 7. After leaving a music degree in 2001, he trained under David Morgan, a local tuner, and became a provisional member of the PTTGV in 2004. He passed his A.R.P.T exams and completed technician courses with a high-quality German-American piano manufacturer. He joined the PTTGV in 2004, served as President from 2017-2019, and values the industry's diversity and collaboration with musicians.
