David Lawson

54 years as a piano tuner technician. Trained with Allans Music in Melbourne, five year apprenticeship, then with Steinways in London. Ten years duty tuner for the ABC and MSO in Melbourne. Tuned for Artur Rubinstein during his Australian Tour in 1964, and for many major artists who performed in Melbourne at the time. Presently contracted to the Riverina Conservatorium in Wagga Wagga as well as many major institutions throughout Nth Victoria and Southern NSW.
