Piano Forte Service & Piano Tuning

My name is Jurgen Goering, and I am a Canadian born and German-trained piano maker and technician. I have owned and operated Piano Forte in Nanaimo since 1990. While my vocation routinely takes me thousands of kilometers away from Nanaimo, my home base and service area is central Vancouver Island. My core area is Nanaimo, south to Ladysmith, Duncan, Cowichan Valley, Mill Bay and north to Parksville, Qualicum Beach and beyond. I also tune pianos in the Gulf Islands by arrangement. I regularly tune pianos for the Hornby Island Music festival, the Port Theatre, and for various conservatories and schools.
