As a lifelong musician, I understand the impact having a well tuned and maintained piano can have - not only on the sound and feel of an instrument, but also how it enhances the enjoyment and quality of your playing. After completing the Piano Tuning and Repair course from the Piano Technician Academy, I began apprenticing under Jim Anderson - not only the University of Victoria’s piano technician, but one of the most experienced and respected piano technicians on Vancouver Island. Under Jim’s guidance I’ve had the privilege to not only work on world class concert grands, but to also gain a breadth of experience working on heavily used pianos in need of constant maintenance.
