Coming from a musical family, I have spent my whole life in and around the music world. I spent 17 years working in events and stage management at the Royal Academy of Music in London and then trained with Clive Ackroyd, head of Piano Technical Services at the Academy and at Yamaha Pianos in Milton Keynes.
