Alexander F Dickson is an Edinburgh-based piano tuner and technician with over two decades of experience. After studying Piano and completing an HND in Stringed Keyboard Instrument Technology, he worked for Lothian Regional Council’s Piano Workshop, maintaining pianos in schools and venues. He later joined the Police Service but continued piano work in his spare time. Rejoining the Pianoforte Tuners' Association in 2024, he now offers professional tuning, repairs, and servicing with a focus on quality and personal care.
