By age 17 he had passed his City and Guilds Examinations parts 1 and 2 (Stringed keyboard Instrument repair and Pianoforte Tuning and Toning). Over the years he has worked in numerous Schools, Colleges, Universities, Concert Venues, Hotels, Music Festivals and literally thousands of Homes. He has also fully restored countless Pianos (Mainly Grands) including complete re-stringing, re-felting of Actions and Key restorations, bringing back to life Instruments that have virtually been written-off.
