Craig Howie and his wife Jennifer founded True Tone Piano Services after struggling to tune their family piano. They also own Howie Guitars, and Craig has been a professional luthier since 2015. After realizing tuning required a professional, Craig enrolled in The Piano Technician Academy and became a certified piano technician (CPT). They are passionate about helping their community create music and enriching culture through pianos.
