He has served over 2,500 clients in Hartford & Litchfield Counties, specializing in piano tuning, repair, and restoration. Randy studied with the Randy Potter School of Piano Technology and apprenticed with RPT, Keith Kopp, while working at Craft Supplies. He served as Chief Concert Piano Technician for Infinity Hall from 2009-2015 and worked with artists like Dave Brubeck, Jim Brickman, and Chick Corea.
