Franco Skilan, founder of Precision Piano Services, began his piano journey at age 8 in his father's garage studio, eventually becoming a Registered Piano Technician (RPT) after 15 years of study. He honed his skills under mentors like Don Morton and Richard Davenport, specializing in piano restoration and concert-level tuning. His work includes restoring historic pianos to 'as-new' condition and collaborating with Steinway on SPIRIO player pianos.
