Vincent Maccaro is a Certified Piano Technician of the Piano Technicians Guild. He began as a piano performance major at Shenandoah Conservatory of Music in Virginia, later switching to piano technology. He graduated with a degree in Piano Technology in 1981. His expertise includes all aspects of piano servicing, with 48 years of tuning experience. He tunes by ear alone and has worked on thousands of pianos across various brands.
