CarlinPiano Tuning & Repair Services

Michael Carlin has lived in Ann Arbor, Michigan since 2004. He spent the 2021-22 school year studying at the North Bennet Street School in Boston, where he earned a certificate in Basic Piano Technology. He studied all aspects of aural tuning, regulation, and action repair of upright and grand pianos. In the summer of 2022, he worked as an assistant piano technician at the Boston University Tanglewood Institute in western Massachusetts, where he tuned, repaired, and regulated pianos for use by students and faculty.
