Mick Johnson, R.P.T.

Mick Johnson first went into business in 1996 as Action Piano Services. He became a Registered Piano Technician (R.P.T.) with the Piano Technicians Guild in 1997. Currently, Mick is the Staff Piano Technician for the University of Nebraska at Kearney and the contract technician for Hastings College in Hastings, NE. In addition to his university work, Mick continues to service a large clientele throughout greater Nebraska, ranging from private homes to concert venues. His rebuilding shop is equipped to handle anything from small repairs to full restoration of concert instruments. He also handles area warranty claims from regional dealerships and major manufacturers, such as Steinway, Yamaha and Kawai.
