Bob attended Concordia College in Moorhead Minnesota, earning a Bachelor of Arts in music education with a minor in psychology. He served as a band director in the Fargo Moorhead area, taught music in Melbourne Australia, and held leadership roles at Schmitt Music Company for 25 years. After obtaining his MBA, he transitioned to piano technology, becoming a Registered Piano Technician (RPT) and full-time piano technician. Bob balances his work with family time, playing saxophone professionally and singing in the Advent Lutheran Church choir.
