Britney began piano technician work in 2013 at Classic Pianos, later co-running Michelle’s Pianos' rebuilding shop and establishing Little Orchestra in 2020. A lifelong musician and composer, they collaborate with artists and studios while specializing in piano restoration and repair. Husband Matthew, a CPA and piano technician, contributes to the shop's operations.
